Return & Refund Policy

At De La Root, we take great care in preparing our herbal products to ensure freshness, quality, and effectiveness. Because our items are natural and often made-to-order, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that things may happen, and we are here to help.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of herbal and wellness products, we do not accept returns once an item has been opened or used. ( We Do Not Accept Returns on perishable items but contact us with your concern and we would be happy to take a look at further options)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your package.

  • To process a refund or replacement, we may ask for photos of the product and packaging.

  • Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, or a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable, opened, or custom-made herbal products.

  • Gift cards and downloadable guides.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours  of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
