At De La Root, we take great care in preparing our herbal products to ensure freshness, quality, and effectiveness. Because our items are natural and often made-to-order, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that things may happen, and we are here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of herbal and wellness products, we do not accept returns once an item has been opened or used. ( We Do Not Accept Returns on perishable items but contact us with your concern and we would be happy to take a look at further options)

Refunds & Replacements
