Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages
Da La Root is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
International Shipping - At this time, Da La Root ships within the United States only. We look forward to expanding internationally in the future.

Return & Refund Policy
At De La Root, we take great care in preparing our herbal products to ensure freshness, quality, and effectiveness. Because our items are natural and often made-to-order, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that things may happen, and we are here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of herbal and wellness products, we do not accept returns once an item has been opened or used. ( We Do Not Accept Returns on perishable items but contact us with your concern and we would be happy to take a look at further options)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.
Refunds & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your package.
To process a refund or replacement, we may ask for photos of the product and packaging.
