At De La Root, we take great care in preparing our herbal products to ensure freshness, quality, and effectiveness. Because our items are natural and often made-to-order, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that things may happen, and we are here to help.

Returns

• Due to the nature of herbal and wellness products, we do not accept returns once an item has been opened or used. ( We Do Not Accept Returns on perishable items but contact us with your concern and we would be happy to take a look at further options)

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

Refunds & Replacements

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your package.

• To process a refund or replacement, we may ask for photos of the product and packaging.

• Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, or a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items

• Perishable, opened, or custom-made herbal products.

• Gift cards and downloadable guides.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 48 hours  of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

📦 Shipping Information – Da La Root

Processing Time - At Da La Root, each order is prepared with care and intention. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location.

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers - We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS to ensure your herbal products are delivered safely and securely.

Perishable & Handmade Products - Some of our creations, such as Sea Moss Gel and herbal blends, are made fresh and may require refrigeration upon arrival. Please follow the care instructions included with your order to maintain freshness and potency.

Order Tracking - Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package on its journey.

Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages

• Da La Root is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping - At this time, Da La Root ships within the United States only. We look forward to expanding internationally in the future.
